Watched by an Eagle

Majestic Bald Eagle

Glanced up as I was driving down a dirt road and realized I was being watched by an eagle. Guess what I did next . . .

  1. You jumped on the brakes…
    came to a screechy stop,
    opened the car door,
got out of the car (after undoing the seat-belt…)
    grabbed your camera
    fiddled with the settings,
    cleaned the lens…
    took this photo…

    1. And here I thought no one had been watching me! πŸ˜‚

You got it exactly right except taking the time to clean my lens. I know! I know! I should do that every time but I was afraid I would lose my chance to capture an eagle. 😏

    1. Hehe! I slammed on the brakes as I reached for my camera. All while whispering under my breath, β€œPlease stay. Please stay. Please STAY!” 😁
